Commercial refrigerator service by trained technician
Modern commercial fridges play a fundamental part in keeping fresh goods frozen, meeting the high standards of hygiene in eateries, shops, hospitals and any other store. Consequently, two things are required when commercial refrigerators are involved like any complex machinery; these are maintenance and servicing in order to be able to operate optimally. This is where the electronics and software knowledge of technically trained people is put to use. Through a combined discussion, let us explore the vital role of commercial refrigerator service from competent technicians and the resultant effect on the food service businesses. commercial refrigeration technician near me
Ensuring Food Safety and Compliance:Ensuring Food Safety and Compliance:
The commercial refrigerators are used for storing products like meat, fish, and dairy products to tolerate below-zero temperatures, not spoil them and foodborne illnesses not to occur. Training, qualified technicians and constant maintenance are the key to make sure that appliances for cooling work safely within the range of temperature and meet HACCP policy. Specialised technicians can measure ambient temperatures and airflow and spot problems that could risk food safety among foodservice operators.
Preventing Costly Breakdowns and Downtime:Preventing Costly Breakdowns and Downtime:
The industrial fridges, because of their demanding use, are susceptible to excessive wear causing an eventual decline of their quality and condition. Without necessary maintenance and servicing of refrigeration machines, they have a high potential for going down and a loss of time and resources for businesses due to maintenance or repairs. The workforce is made to train technicians that carry out routine maintenance : condenser cleaning, lube moving parts and inspect the refrigerant levels in advance to find and correct minor issues lest they get out of hand into major ones. This approach is undertaken preventatively so that the giant firms may be able to save themselves from expensive repairs and uncalled for disturbances of their operations.
Optimising Energy Efficiency:
Commercial freezers that use large amounts of electricity represent one of the main consumers of energy in food service businesses. However, effective operation of air conditioning devices is not only economically practical but also ecologically helpful in reducing power bills and environmental impact. Trained technicians with the knowledge to maximise energy efficiency among supermarket owners will provide the required expertise necessary to ensure that equipment is properly sized, calibrated and maintained. In this regard, we will do air leakage tests and adjusting thermostat settings, as well as replacing current worn-out components, for the sake of better energy efficiency.
Extending Equipment Lifespan:
Purchasing of the business commercial refrigeration system involves a large budget capital. Fixing and providing the service for refrigerators regularly help to increase both return of investment as well make them use them longer. Highly skilled technicians inspect and diagnose the machinery using different procedures and a number of techniques that can reveal the early wear and tear signs, corrosion, or mechanical failures which may result in premature equipment breakdown. With solving these flaws as quickly as possible and suggesting preventive maintenance activities, service specialists keep the operation of coolant equipment running and make the chance of heavy expenses related to equipment replacement as small as possible.
Expert Diagnosis and Repairs:
During outage situations, when fridge equipment fails due to malfunctions or break down, the businesses call for professionals to document and repair it. Experienced equipment operators possess advanced refrigeration systems training and tools such as diagnostics and equipment helpful in pinpointing the actual origin of problems that provide quick and effective solutions. Equipment technicians trained to be able to handle coil repairs, implanting new compressors, gaskets replacement, and any electrical problem that a system may have are not only able to restore a refrigeration machinery's capacity to function optimally but also to do the job quickly and efficiently.
Comprehensive Maintenance Programs:
Trained technicians more often than not provide maintenance programs tuned to the particular needs of companies which may cover various aspects of the organisation’s distribution chain. Such programs are typically aimed at regular inspections, cleaning, and servicing of refrigeration equipment especially without any delay with respect to a defined schedule. The refrigeration equipment maintenance plan is designed so that organisations can enjoy deeper sleep psychologically, knowing that every component is in the good hands of quality professionals. once there is a problem, it is addressed preemptively before it becomes a big problem.
Having certified service providers that are equipped with the necessary skills is pivotal when it comes to guaranteeing the safety, dependability, and cost-effectiveness of commercial refrigeration devices in restaurants. The role of trained technicians in contributing to maximising the performance and lifespan of a business' refrigeration equipment cannot be underrated. These professionals engage in routine maintenance to win the race against energy consumption and to reduce costs associated with costly repairs. Investment in a professional refrigeration service offers businesses a means of preserving the conditions of their food products, a way of keeping the required standards, and an opportunity to provide their customers with a nice and safe area.

Preparation and research before filming.
For this project, I would like to research camera and sound. For the filming, i will film two contributors, one is my grandpa and one is my high school principal. Before the filming, I have done some research on how camera used in documentary filming and how a good audio or music could make the documentary better.
So I chose SHUT UP AND SHOOT Documentary Guide – Anthony Q.Artis Focal Press; 2 edition (7 April 2014) to study. It is really a nice book for me to study documentary filming.I want talk about location first. It said the best place to shoot an interview should be the place that most convenient for my interviewees, cause that will make them most relaxed.Generally is contributor’s room or place of their occupations.Second, except of what place interviewees will feel comfortable, there’re also some key elements we should consider about, like lighting of the space, whether this location can create a depth of field(if you want that)etc. So I guess when I shoot my grandpa, I will pick one space in his room as the shoot location. For the school principal, If he is ok with that( In this book, it mentioned we should have the agreement of shooting the place before we got to shoot!), I hope I can film in his office.
Second is camera work.It is about how to control the image, camera language etc. Some key things are significant important to image control.First is focus, make sure the focus is correct when filming. Second is exposure, consider what depth of filed you want, and find the suitable aperture and F-stops also.Last thing is color of the image, we need find a good color temperature and white balance. Then is camera language, so for the interview part, I will use tripod to make sure image is stable. For shooting b rolls,i may try different camera angles and zoom in.And one suggestion gave from Anthony Q.Artis is make sure your lens is clean, if possible, bring lens cleaner. That is really a good suggestion, sometimes I uses my my phone to shoot, and came some really foggy picture, that is because my lens of my phone is dirty. So I will keep this in mind when filming!
Third is lighting! So comes to lighting, Q.Artis mentioned some safety suggestions.Like use gloves to handle hot light, be far away with flammables, never operate light in rain and never touch a quartz bulb etc.I’m not sure wether we will use light equipment when filming, but I will share these suggestions with my group numbers. Actually this semester we have no equipment support from the school due to the pandemic, so I guess either I will use the sunlight or I may use the practical light in the location.
I also learned how to set a successful light. To avoid “raccoon eyes”, we should not make the whole scene flat fill light, try to move the light far away or closer may help with it!Also, key light is important when filming.Again as I said , key light for my filming may use practical light or sun light. Some tool I may used to create a better lighting, reflectors, black wraps or something have same functions.
Next comes to composition. So basically every filming can follow the rule of thirds anyway,Q.Artis said: “  In close-ups, it is also important that your subject’s eyes be framed along the upper horizontal line .” I will take it in my mind! And not only for close-ups  but for full-shot and medium-shot, follow the the rule of third will create a better composition in most time. Background is also important in composition, but I think background setting depends on what kind of style you want. For me and for this project, I guess not to shoot with a pure color background (like in the studio) but shoot in a real location(like office) is better.
I also want to talk about narrative of the documentary even my role is not director.Cause due to pandemic, everyone in my group should film our own contributors, that way I also need to learn how to use camera language to talk the story. It is about what kind of story you want to tell the audience. However, I’m wondering whether I should design the b rolls or I just follow my interviewees to film some nature b rolls.I will discuss this with supervisor and group members later. But I guess documentary should follow the realism!
The last thing I want to do some research is sound.Cause that is what I worry most.So for this year, we don’t have professional sound equipment, instead we have a mic gun mic.I really afraid my film will loose it voice or the voice is too low and noisy background sound. But I. Found some useful suggestions in this book.First is prepare two mics, if one mic is not working, you can immediately change one.But I only hav one mic ,therefore I gonna my phone as the backup recording.I will use the recording app in my phone .Another useful advice is prepare a extensional wire ,because sometime if the camera need to far apart to the interviewee, the wire of the mic may not long enough!I also find some methods to avoid the possible noise, I list some possible noise that may happen during my filming, they are traffic noise, voice of the refrigerators and air conditions and wind.So here’s some methods that can solve Q.Artis said in his book, for traffic noise, we can close windows ,put blankets over windows or just change a better location. For the voice of the refrigerators and air conditions, either try low cut filter on mic or just turn them off!For wind, something called windshield and wind filter could reduce the noise made by wind.I will share these tips with my members too.
Basically it is my present research, next step is try some test shots and go the formal shots.I will do back to this blog after I finish all my shooting.

Why You Should Get Your Air Conditioner Serviced
Tumblr media
If your air conditioner is regularly malfunctioning, you might want to call in an air conditioning service. The cost to fix a system is often more than it would cost to replace it, and regular malfunctioning can increase your energy bills. A professional air conditioning service can also recommend replacement units and handle installation as well. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your air conditioner. Read on to find out more. Alternatively, you can do it yourself! For more information about air conditioning services open this link: https://www.furnaceprices.ca/region/ontario/ottawa/air-conditioners-ottawa/.
When it comes to cleaning the air conditioner, a basic set of tools is required. First, you have to remove the grill and fan cage. This allows you to access the outside unit. Then, you need to wipe down the fins and other parts of the unit. If you're unable to reach these parts, you can also use a vacuum cleaner to clean the outside unit. Alternatively, a professional air conditioning service can also remove and clean the grill.
The air conditioning service includes an overall checkup of the unit. Technicians will check the refrigerant, belts, and vents. They will also test the voltage and drainage lines. If they find anything out of the ordinary, they will recommend repair options and suggest ways to improve the unit's performance. While regular maintenance may not be enough to prevent breakdowns, regular air conditioning service helps to catch issues early and recommend appropriate repairs. A regular air conditioning service is essential if you want to prevent future breakdowns. You can learn more about air conditioning services here.
Air conditioning service technicians are skilled at diagnosing and fixing problems before they cause major problems. A technician will drain any water that has accumulated inside the system and clean the fan and fins. By cleaning these parts, you can help avoid the formation of ice and ensure the cooling efficiency of your air conditioning system. You will also get a peace of mind that your air conditioner is operating at peak performance. The benefits of air conditioning service are numerous. You can learn more about this topic here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_conditioning.

DNV Offshore Container FAQ (Frequent Asked Questions)
DNV certified offshore container is widely applied in offshore drilling platform throughout whole wide world. Offshore container has many different types, mini offshore container, half height offshore container, container basket, mud skip and waste skip etc.  All of them can be called offshore container. Hereunder, we would like to discuss some FAQ in DNV offshore containers.
Tumblr media
1)     Why DNV2.7-1 Certificate is required to offshore containers? This certification was first published in 1989 because the standard affiliated to sea transport containers (ISO 1496) did not cover offshore containers and cannot meet the higher requirements from hazardous offshore environment. Some accidents occurred in the history of offshore drilling operation, and more and more drilling owners make it must to have DNV certificate for offshore containers which will be used to carry the cargo, food, tools, waste, drilling mud etc. from onshore to offshore or back from offshore to onshore. Up to now, DNV2.7-1 certificate is a must to offshore drilling projects and it is import part of safety documentations.   2)     Are container houses like container portable offices, container restaurant and control rooms covered by DNV 2.7-1? It depends on the requirements of project owners. We can offer certified container house per specific requirements. Usually, items such as container portable offices, container restaurant and control rooms for offshore application may not need certification of standard DNV 2.7-1; Certification of DNV 2.7-3 is or other requests may required; Tercel Container can customize per your request.
Tumblr media
3)     Can you test our offshore containers when they are installed? We are based in China, may not convenient to provide such service for overseas countries. Another option, you may try to check with local certification companies or certification agent of DNV or LR. Besides, it is important to maintain full documentations of DNV certificate for containers, as well as the record of repairs/modifications and other traceability reports.   4)     Can you modify offshore containers to suit our specification? We are based in China, if you have large qty and can burden the roundtrip shipping cost, we can help do that. But it seems very troublesome. Before any procurements, it is very important to know the specify need from owners and supply the correct goods. Because the offshore container with /without DNV certificate will have much different design, production material, inspection procedures and of course, price.   5)     Can Tercel add some device/equipment to offshore container and make them customized for our applications? Within the strict standards of DNV 2.7-1, Tercel container will do it per clients request. Before delivery, all the product will be inspected by DNV or LIoyds and issue DNV2.7-1 certificate to us. For example, we can offer tool boxes, shelving, pipe racks, workbenches, air conditioning, Refrigerator to each offshore container /container house. Lighting and power maybe required for some of them.   6)     Can Tercel put lighting and power into the offshore container? That is for sure. Tercel can install the power points, lighting and heating according to Ex standard and we may offer ATEX/IEC certificate to make the offshore container accepted to work for Zone I area.   For some offshore containers require GPS tracker, we can offer GPS tracker with ATEX certificate for Ex proof area Zone I application.   7)     When will Tercel offer us the relevant certification for the offshore containers? Usually, Tercel deliver the documentations with offshore containers delivery. E-copy should be accepted by the owners. Otherwise, we may need to print all of them in color papers with LR LOGO.
Tumblr media
8)     What is the difference between offshore and ISO container? Offshore containers are designed and manufactured according to a standard of DNV2.7-1. Under DNV2.7-1 regulations, the offshore containers can work in rough conditions like offshore installations or ship decks. However, the ISO containers are designed according to internationally accepted standards to ensure ease of handling at container docks around the world and allowing them to be stacked on cargo vessels safely. Allergies are typically developed when our immune system reacts to foreign bodies and considers it harmful. The foreign bodies may not necessarily be harmful but the immune system considers it harmful. As a result, the body produces antibodies to fight the irritant leading to a reaction. Most common reactions are inflammation on the skin, sinuses, airway, or digestive system. People react differently to allergies which can range from mild to serve; anaphylaxis - life threatening. (Mayoclinic, 2019)
Common types of allergies:
Hay Fever (allergic rhinitis) – allergens from the air
Food – nuts, seafood, dairy, fruits
Medication – penicillin
Environment – pollen, insect sting/bites, dust mites, pesticides
Skin - eczema
Animal – pet dander, scratches

Anaphylaxis
Tumblr media
Image retrieved from: https://www.cottonique.com/pages/anaphylaxis-myths-and-facts
Anaphylaxis is a severe, potentially life-threatening allergic reaction. The most common anaphylactic reactions are to foods, insect stings, medications and latex. Even if you or your child has had only a mild anaphylactic reaction in the past, there's a risk of more severe anaphylaxis after another exposure to the allergy-causing substance. Anaphylaxis happens quickly after the exposure. The condition is severe and involves the whole body.
Evidence of developing anaphylaxis includes:
·         Skin Changes such as flushing, diffuse or local erythema, angioedema, urticaria, itching, especially around eyes, mouth, lips, tongue, genitals, palms and soles (80 to 90%).
·         Dyspnea, cough, wheeze, chest tightness, or difficulty speaking (70%).
·         GI symptoms (45%)
·         Hypotension (defined as a systolic pressure <90)
·         Agitation, lightheadedness, sense of doom, syncope. [1]
Acute management of anaphylaxis involves the following steps:
·         Remove the allergen
·         Call for assistance. Do not leave the patient alone
·         Lay the patient flat, if they are having trouble breathing, allow them to sit. Do not allow them to stand or walk
·         Give 1:1000 adrenaline (0.01mg/kg – maximum dose 0.5mg) intramuscularly into the lateral mid-thigh without delay. Repeat doses every 5 minutes as required, if they do require multiple doses, contact emergency specialist for advice
·         Call ambulance
·         Provide supportive management if equipment is available such as:
Monitor vital signs
Give high flow oxygen and airway support if needed
Obtain intravenous access
Consider fluid resuscitation
Accurate diagnosis and successful management of allergies is essential.

Diagnosing Allergies
Aside from experiencing the unfortunate event of an allergic reaction to something that you were not aware that you were allergic to, patients can be seen and tested by an allergist to diagnose any possible allergies that may be suspected. There are five different types of tests to diagnose allergies:
Skin Prick Test: A skin prick test is a type of skin test that is done by dropping an allergen-containing solution onto the surface of the skin (preferably the forearm). That portion of the skin with the solution on it is then pricked by a lancet to make a microscopic hole. If the patient is allergic to the allergen in the solution, their skin will begin to exhibit an allergic reaction, becoming red and bumpy. (NIH, 2016)
Intradermal Test: An intradermal skin test is similar to a skin prick test. The difference between the two is that the allergen-containing solution is injected underneath the skin, via intradermal injection. Usually this test will elicit a quicker and stronger allergic reaction, it is usually used when a skin prick test is inconclusive. (NIH, 2016)
Patch Test: A patch test is used to diagnose allergies to local anesthetics such as lidocaine or tetracaine, cosmetics, jewelry, or latex items such as gloves or condoms. An allergen-containing patch is placed on the skin for a full 24 hours, then it is removed. If there is no immediate evidence of an allergic reaction upon  removal, that particular patch of skin will be checked again after another 24 hours, and in some cases 3 days later. If the patch test is positive, the skin will swell, become red, blistery and itchy. (NIH, 2016)
Blood Test: A blood test can be used to confirm an inconclusive result of a skin prick or patch test. It can also be used in cases when it is known that an allergen might cause too severe of an allergic reaction. (NIH, 2016)
Challenge Tests: A challenge test is used on a patient that may not necessarily exhibit a reaction on their skin. This type of test is commonly used in diagnosing allergies such as hay fever. The allergen is put inside the nose on the mucous lining. The doctor will then observe the patient and see if the patient’s body will react by sneezing, getting a stuffy nose, or having watery eyes. A challenge test is only performed under direct and close medical supervision because it has a high potential to elicit a severe allergic reaction, which is why it is not usually the first testing option.

Molecular Gastronomy
Tumblr media
1. Molecular gastronomy is an art science of cooking that investigate the physical and chemistry transformations of ingredients’ taste and textures that occur in cooking.  It was coined in 1988 by late Oxford physicist Nicholas Kurti and the French INRA chemist Herve This. But the term molecular gastoronmy was born in 1992 when an English teacher of cookery, Elizabeth Cawdry Thomas, proposed a workshop in which professional cooks for discussions about the science behind traditional cooking preparations. This first workshop of what ended up being a series of events until 2004 was called “Workshp on Molecular and Physical Gastronomy”.
- The focus of the workshops each year were as follows:
*1992- First meeting.
*1995- Sauces, or dishes made from them.
*1997- Heat in cooking.
*1999- Food flavours- how to get them, how to distribute them, how to keep them.
*2001- Textures of Food: How to create them?
*2004- Interactions of food and liquids.
2. Some of the modern chefs don’t like the way that molecular gastronomy ot express or present their  food but prefer” modern cuisine”, “modernist cuisine”, “experimental cuisine” or “avant-garde cuisine”. Molecular gastronomy research starts in the kitchen where chefs study how food tastes and behaves under different temperatures, pressures and other scientific conditions.
Tumblr media
3. Molecular gastronomy experiments have resulted in new innovative dishes like hot gelatins, airs, faux caviar, spherical ravioli, crab ice cream and olive oil spiral. The creation of the discipline of molecular gastronomy was intended to bring together what had previously been fragmented and isolated investigation into the chemical and physical processes of cooking into an organized discipline within food science to address what the other disciplines within food science either do not cover,  or cover in a manner intended for scientists rather than cooks.
4. The name of the Molecular gastronomy was used to designate the application of techniques developed in the physical sciences to investigate life processes and to study the structures, functions, and genesis of biological molecules. And we can use it to:
1) understand culinary phenomena
2) collect and test culinary old wives’ tales
3)  invent new dishes based on these phenomena and old wives’ tales
4) introduce into the kitchen “new” tools, ingredients, and methods
5) use all of this to demonstrate to a large audience how wonderful science is
- It’s an important process that human can explore foods in the new ways, and as a style of cooking.
5. These equipments  help you with the molecular gastronomy processes:

Vegan Scallops with Carrot Ginger Caviar
Ingredients:
2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
1-inch long piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cup cold water
2 cups cold water
1/2 tsp sodium alginate
1/2 tsp calcium chloride
Methods:
a. Puree carrots and ginger in a blender. Add enough water to puree, so that the mixture equal 1 cup. Blend a second time and strain out pulp. Place mixture into refrigerator for one hour. Then slowly whisk sodium alginate into mixture.
b. Pour into squeeze bottle. Pour 2 cups of water into shallow bowl and add calcium chloride to it. Using the squeeze bottle, let droplets of mixture fall from the bottle, one at a time, into the water. The caviar spheres will form on contact with the water. After you are done making the caviar, strain the caviar and dry them on paper towels.
I am very interested in these processes of making art of food, even it’s different with food science, it more about analyzing the chemical makeup of food and developing methods of the process food on an industrial scale. Create foods in different ways and different textures or looks, giving people new ideas and surprises, that’s another fun for a chef. Chefs are the most talented people in the world and the world is created by chefs. I really want to learn about it. Want to explore another world of food:)
Also this cooking method is becoming popular now, people love to try something new, so it’s a good opportunity to show.

Fluids Integrated Rack (FIR): The crew replaced the two FIR white lights. One was burned out and the other had high usage and was nearing its end of life.  After replacement, the rack was powered from the ground and the Payload Developer verified both lights were functioning properly. The next FIR science operations will occur next week for Light Microscopy Module (LMM) Biophysics 3. Human Research Program (HRP):  The crew collected blood, urine and air samples to satisfy Flight Day 15 Biochemical Profile and Flight Day 8 Marrow requirements.  The Biochem Profile experiment tests blood and urine samples obtained from astronauts before, during and after spaceflight.  Specific proteins and chemicals in the samples are used as biomarkers, or indicators of health. Post-flight analysis yields a database of samples and test results which scientists can use to study the effects of spaceflight on the body. The Marrow investigation looks at the effect of microgravity on bone marrow. It is believed that microgravity, like long-duration bed rest on Earth, has a negative effect on the bone marrow and the blood cells that are produced in the bone marrow. Electrostatic Levitation Furnace (ELF): The crew swapped sample cartridges in the ELF and investigated an unidentified object on the ELF observation window that is affecting sample position control.  The ELF is an experimental facility designed to levitate, melt and solidify materials by containerless processing techniques using the Electrostatic Levitation method. With this facility, thermophysical properties of high temperature melts can be measured, and solidification from deeply undercooled melts can be achieved. At Home In Space: The crew completed an At Home in Space questionnaire today. This Canadian Space Agency experiment assesses culture, values, and psychosocial adaptation of astronauts to a space environment shared by multinational crews on long-duration missions. It is hypothesized that astronauts develop a shared space culture that is an adaptive strategy for handling cultural differences and they deal with the isolated confined environment of the spacecraft by creating a home in space. At Home In Space uses a questionnaire to investigate individual and culturally related differences, family functioning, values, coping with stress, and post-experience growth.  Rodent Research-5 (RR-5) Systemic Therapy of NELL-1 for Osteoporosis:  Yesterday the crew stowed the RR-5 Habitats, completing payload operations for RR-5.  Because spaceflight has significant and rapid effects on the musculoskeletal system, it is important to investigate targeted therapies that could ameliorate some of the detrimental effects of spaceflight. The NELL-1 drug being studied in the RR-5 investigation has the potential to slow or reverse bone loss during spaceflight. Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Communication Unit (CUCU): In preparation for SpX-12 arrival currently planned for August 16, the crew powered up and checked out the CUCU and Dragon Crew Command Panel (CCP). CUCU provides a command and telemetry communications link between ISS and Dragon during free flight operations in the vicinity of ISS.   On Board Training (OBT) ISS Emergency Response Simulation: All crew members participated in this training exercise to practice a rapid depress and a fire emergency response based on information provided by the simulator displays. The crew also performed the following: Physically translated through ISS to the appropriate response locations to visualize the use of station equipment and interfaces. Practiced procedure execution and associated decision making based on cues provided by the simulator. Practiced communication and coordination with Mission Control Center (MCC)-Houston and MCC-Moscow as required for a given emergency scenario. Following the exercise, the crew and ground teams participated in a review to discuss results and address questions and comments.  Mobile Servicing System (MSS) Operations: Yesterday and overnight, Robotics Ground Controllers maneuvered the Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) to grapple and unstow the Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) from Mobile Base System (MBS) Power Data Grapple Fixture 2 (PDGF2).  Next they rotated the SPDM Enhanced Orbital Replacement Unit (ORU) Temporary Platform (EOTP), then maneuvered the SSRMS and SPDM to unstow the Main Bus Switching Unit (MBSU) from External Stowage Platform 2 (ESP2) Site 4 and stow it on EOTP Side 2.  Today’s Planned Activities All activities were completed unless otherwise noted. Milwaukee Surge hydraulic impact driver....any good?
Just wondering if anyone has spent the $ for this thing and what their thoughts are. I'd be using it for just access panels (ahu's/ rtu's), mostly 5/16 & 3/8 anchor screws. TIA for any feedback:pop:
